Notes: NON-Sanctioned Event Xcel, Levels 3-8 and Groups

- Entry fees deadline is February 15th, 2026:

Xcel $35 per individual routine;
Level 3 – $120 Level 4 – $140 Levels 5-6 – $160 Levels 7–8 - $180;
Groups $180 per routine


- Music deadline is March 15th, 2026 (mp3 format must be submitted on KSIS)

- D-forms for L6-8, Xcel, and Groups (PDF format uploaded in KSIS) must be received by April 15th, 2026.
A late fee of $20/form will be applied to each late form after the deadline date.

- Awards will be done after each rotation within 15-20 minutes.

- Spectator Admission: The entry fee for our event is $20.00/day (adult) and $10.00/day (Children 6 years old & up).
Payment by CASH or Zelle.
