➡️ LATE ENTRY FEE, E-TRANSFER PAYMENT ONLY (see also Substitutions): Nov 2 or later $150; case by case basis if space in the session ($157.50 if paid by Visa/MC)

➡️ SUBSTITUTIONS: Permitted no fee up to Nov 30 on a case by case basis if space in the session. Dec 1 or later, late entry fee applies E-TRANSFER PAYMENT ONLY

- By Nov 30: no fee
- Dec 1-31 $15 E-TRANSFER PAYMENT ONLY
- Jan 1 or later: $30 fee on a case by case basis as per space in the category E-TRANSFER PAYMENT ONLY

➡️ REFUNDS:
- Full refund up to and including Nov 1 (no medical required)
- Nov 2-30 Refund minus $50 administrative fee (no medical required)
- No refunds for any reason as of Dec 1
